Collected from the coastal fields outside Lebanon’s southern city of Tyre which, during March and May, lay abundant with a seasonal floral diversity that includes citrus, avocado and wild spring flowers, with its sweet taste, our Citrus Tyre raw honey is a children’s favorite. Rich in antioxidants and minerals, this honey has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, anti-allergy, antispasmodic and immune supporting properties and, while noted for its energizing effects, it also helps reduce insomnia.
